HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM KALE & COCOA!

January 1, 2016 4 Comments

colander-of-kale

We’ll be back with our first 2016 post very soon, but in the meantime we’ve added a new function to the website for the new year! You can now search all our recipes by ingredient. Have a look – it’s not hard to work out our favourite healthy ageing ingredients – coconut oil, oats and almonds appear frequently!

Dear Susan , I was sorry to read of your bereavement. The following words hopefully will bring you some comfort in time. “Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.” My own mother passed away in 1975 and she is with me every single day. However when I am with my children and grandchildren I thank her for the legacy she has left me.

May I wish you and Annabel a Happy New Year. A new year filled with treasured memories, happiness and joy.

Your web site, with recipes, information on healthy eating and living, give me and my family great pleasure. Well done.

I live in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, and appreciate the time and effort, and the wonderful coloured photos, of all your recipes.

    Keep up the good work.

    Sincerely
    Thelma

Thank you so much for your kind words, Thelma. It’s great to know that we have made it as far as Brisbane! Susan is in New Zealand at the moment but i will forward your lovely words about her (and your) mother. Happy New Year – may it be healthy and happy!
