KALE & COCOA IS NOW THE AGE-WELL PROJECT!

June 17, 2018 2 Comments

Friends, we’ve changed things a little round here. After, four years, Annabel and I have waved a fond goodbye to Kale & Cocoa, and renamed our blog The Age-Well Project. It reflects both the title of our forthcoming book, and where we feel we are in our healthy ageing ‘journey’. We’ve come to realise that longevity isn’t just about kale, cocoa or any other so-called superfood. It’s about taking positive steps every day to give ourselves the best chance to age well. This has become a way of life for us and we want to share it with the world. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to age as healthily as possible, and the new title reflects that.

We’ve redesigned the website too so that you can see more of our delicious, simple recipes, as well as our edit of the latest research into longevity.  Do have a look around agewellproject.com. Let us know what you think, and if there is anything else you’d like to see there. It’s still a work in progress, and we haven’t quite nailed the whole social media switchover yet. But our Instagram feed’s looking good, so do check that out too.

Thank you so much for all your support in the last four years, it means more than we can say to have you with us. Here’s to the next stage!

I’m sad to lose the wonderful Kale and Cocoa label but will continue to look forward to the reports and recipes and food recommendations. Your hard work and dedication have really made a difference to the way I think and feel about ageing.
